Juice of a single sour orange
Three Significant dashes sugar
6 oz. aged rum
1 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier or Great curaçao
Orange slice
This recipe makes two cocktails in 5oz. martini glasses
*If you do not have sugar syrup on hand, just make some ahead of time; boil equal amounts of water and sugar together until sugar melts and a light syrup forms. Cool, then refrigerate. Chill cocktail glasses. At a cocktail shaker, add ice cream, then the main components listed. Shake thoroughly to combine and mix. Pour into glasses and garnish with an orange slice.
2. Key Lime Pie
3/4 oz Licor 43*
1 ounce. Vodka
1/4 oz Rose's sweetened lime cordial
1/2 ounce Milk or cream

Fill a highball or tall cooler glass with ice. Coat ice with bitters, then squeezes lime, falling in a spent shell. Add liquor top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.
4. New Orleans Martini
3 ounces vanilla vodka
Splash of dry vermouth
1/2 ounce. Pernod
1 dash Angostura bitters
Fresh mint sprig
Blend vodka, vermouth, and Pernod in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
5. A Piece of Ass
1 ounce. Amaretto
1 ounce. Southern Comfort
Sour mix
Place ice in a highball. Pour in shots. Fill with sour mix
6. Irish Flag
Two parts Green Creme de Menthe
Two components Bailey's
One part Brandy
Layer creme de menthe, Bailey's and brandy in a shooter glass.

1 1/2 oz Jägermeister
1 1/2 oz Peach schnapps
Cranberry juice
Mix in a shot glass. Shoot. (you must love if not just for the name.)
8. Junior Mint
1/2 ounce. Malibu rum
1 oz. white Creme de Cacao
1 oz. White Creme de Menthe
Blend all ingredients with ice, shake, and strain to old fashioned glass
9. Three-Mile Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 ounce. Light rum
1/2 ounce. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple sec
1/2 ounce. Vodka
Coke
Sweet and sour mix
1-2 dash Bitters
1 lemon wedge
Fill 14oz glass with ice and pour in the liquor. Fill to two-thirds of glass together with the cola and rest with sweet & sour. Top with a dash of bitters and a lemon wedge.
10. English Channel
2 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
1/2 oz. Drambuie
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Pour all three over ice and blend. It resembles that the English Channel but tastes way better.
