What better than to prepare a refreshing, healthy and organic drink? To the base of tea (all are welcome) ice is inserted and voila! People who need something a bit more adventuresome can add sweeteners and fruits, and the blender will do the rest.

Inside Tea, Connection works as a taste lab. There they try the most played recipes where they include coconut milk, fruit juice, horchata, and assorted sweeteners. "We want to distinguish ourselves from the standard tea. People have tea associated with when they are sick or what their grandma used to drink and that isn't true! Presently, the consumption of iced tea is a global trend. Everything is valid, take it just with ice or mix it with veggies and enjoy it in another way - says Maggie Bianchi, Inside team. We combine it with super fresh seasonal ingredients and it's ultra-healthy. It's a true cocktail without alcohol."

A significant fact about this drink is that it comprises approximately 70% of tea. It's a sine qua non-condition that's implanted in hot so that the strands give off all their properties and tastes. When the tea is acquired, it has to be cooled. This will be the base of this brew. For the achievement to be finish, Maggie explains that, as it will add ice to the groundwork, it's important to produce the tea a little more concentrated than if it were to consume at the time, so that its flavor isn't diluted. Data: one gram of tea provides flavor to 100 ccs of water, however if we're going to make iced tea that the dose must reach 1.5 grams.

Even though it can be prepared with any range of tea (it is entirely a matter of taste), each style of strands has its time and temperature of infusion: green tea is prepared with water in 85° and made to infuse for two minutes while for black and red water temperature climbs 10° reaching 9 °, along with the contact time of these strands with water must be 5 minutes. What happens if we spend some time or utilize water in a higher temperature than indicated? The tea becomes astringent and gives a feeling of roughness from the mouth.

This beverage is so versatile that it can accompany us constantly of the day. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. A fantastic tip is to prepare it early and leave the jug in the refrigerator. It's maintained for 24 hours.

You have the whole weekend ahead and also the temperature doesn't offer any respite. Feel a bartender and prepare iced tea for the entire household with Inside Tea Connection recipes. A good way to cool off.
